Our Field Service Technicians are road warriors who keep mission-critical equipment in hospitals and industrial facilities running at peak performance. You’ll be the one customers count on to troubleshoot and save the day. What You’ll Do
Travel up to 80% to install, maintain, and repair medical and industrial equipment Troubleshoot and fix technical issues Perform preventive maintenance and FRU-level repairs Work independently on-site and represent Quest professionally Keep accurate service reports, expenses, and customer updates Coordinate your own schedule and maintain client satisfaction What You’ll Need
1–2 years of technical, electrical, or mechanical repair experience (or equivalent education) Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field preferred Strong troubleshooting skills with schematics, wiring, and diagnostic tools Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and crawl when needed Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills Willingness to travel What You’ll Get
