Position Summary

Production Lead – oversee the production area in complex mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations. Ensure an effective, accurate production line that minimizes costs and aligns with unit objectives. Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and monitor the production cycle. Oversee daily production operations; maintain schedules and quality standards. Train and mentor manufacturing staff; guide best practices and safety protocols. Monitor equipment and machinery for malfunctions; arrange maintenance or repairs as needed. Enforce compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, health, and safety measures. Analyze production data to identify trends; adjust processes or resources to meet targets. Coordinate efficient movement of production to meet area requirements. Apply process specifications for product within an assigned cell; record production time and quantity data. Perform complex precision assembly in accordance with written, visual, and verbal instruction. Conduct inspections of own and/or other associates’ work to ensure correctness in accordance with company and/or customer drawing. Other responsibilities as assigned. Require regular, consistent, punctual attendance; variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary. Qualifications

Experience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring production cycles. Capable of performing complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations. Good organizational skills to lead activities of the production cycle. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze and determine methods and procedures. Skilled problem‑solver: exercise judgment to identify and solve problems that arise with little or no precedent. Able to read and interpret company documents such as safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies and procedures. Education & Experience

Education:

High School Diploma/Equivalent and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations. Certifications:

Vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience in related field. Years of Experience:

3 – 5+ years of relevant experience. Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range:

$29.8 per hour to $49.65 per hour. Participation in Annual Incentive Program.
