Professional level sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth via customer retention and expansion. Partners with GM to manage Team Members. Requires expert automotive system and parts knowledge, sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, and secondary sources. Must direct drivers for timely, accurate deliveries. This is a full-time role. Primary Responsibilities

Maintain commercial customer relationships Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives Support Day-to-day supervision of Team Members Collaborate with GM on coaching and development Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards Maintain commercial stocking programs Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers Secondary Responsibilities

Maintain core bank and commercial returns Manage commercial credit accounts Partner with GM for driver coverage Success Factors

Friendly communication Parts locating and stocking skills Safety knowledge Proficiency with inventory systems and store equipment Parts and automotive system expertise Operating POS and parts lookup systems ASE P2 certification or equivalent Advanced solution and product recommendation skills Ability to source from multiple channels Advanced sales skills for commercial clients Multi-tasking and organizational skills Essential Job Skills

Knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics Effective communication in English (Spanish a plus) Ability to interpret safety and operation manuals Completion of Parts Knowledge Assessment Basic math skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Strong organizational skills Understanding of commercial profitability concepts Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends Prior Experience

Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred. Proven sales ability and team leadership experience are advantageous. Education

High school diploma or GED required. Certificates

ASE Certification preferred but not mandatory. Physical Demands

Requires walking, standing, talking, hearing, manual dexterity, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Work Environment

Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor exposure to weather, mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise. Moderate noise level typical. Position eligible for sales commissions based on performance. Additional Information
