We are searching for a Project Cost Engineer to join our New Jersey team. A Project Cost Engineer provides cost management services, including budgeting, bid management, cost forecasting and reporting, budget management and control, change management, contract administration, close-out administration, procurement management, earned value management, and value engineering. Project cost control experience, including cash flow forecasting and analysis. Candidate must have some SAP software experience. Candidate must have Transmission & Distribution experience. Develop, implement, and maintain Monthly Forecasting, Invoicing, and Cost Reporting. Understand and apply Project Controls concepts such as project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closeout. Apply Cost Engineering concepts such as project estimating, forecasting, cost controls, and variance reporting. Develop and maintain budgets. Provide various Project information reports. Understand accrual processes, invoice review, and validation. Manage multiple projects concurrently. Work independently to obtain status of project information. ERP financial experience is preferred. Demonstrate self-starting skills, excellent communication, and decision-making abilities in a large corporate environment. Required Experience & Education
