Assisting the project team and ensuring project execution On-Time, On-Quality, and On-Cost. Reporting project status to customers and to the internal organization. Collaborating with the Industrial Engineering department in Europe to support projects in the FAL Mobile. Developing the most efficient ways to use people, machines, materials and information. Developing management control systems. Applying statistical methods and performing mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes and production standards. Designing production planning and control systems. Designing methods to ensure product quality. Evaluating effects of product design changes for management review, action, and control. Coordinating quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field. 3 years in any job title involving experience in manufacturing or assembly environment in the Aerospace industry. Experience in technical or shop floor improvement project management. Experience applying Production and Quality rules in aviation. Experience analyzing existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement. Experience designing and implementing efficient production workflows to maximize productivity using Lean methodologies. Experience making technical decisions based on solution analysis and risk evaluation. Application
