Responsibilities
Senior technical expert responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing AI/ML solutions that deliver measurable business impact across Blattner’s portfolio of projects. Actively supports occupational development of the HSE team by managing SMART goal and performance management processes.
Serves as both architect and builder, setting technical standards for AI/ML development and MLOps, and integrating solutions with enterprise IT systems. Partners closely with business leaders, IT, and data stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions from concept through adoption.
Drives technical direction of AI initiatives spanning generative AI, predictive analytics, and optimization use cases.
Mentors technical talent, establishes best practices, and ensures AI systems advance operational efficiency, forecast accuracy, and risk reduction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
8+ years of applicable professional experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or related fields.
Hands‑on expertise in developing, deploying, and scaling AI/ML models in production environments (preference for Azure AI ecosystem).
Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
