The Production Supervisor - Stockton directs production employees on the assigned shift to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and delivery standards. This role oversees daily operations, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and fosters a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence. Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in production operations, including inspectors, machine operators, and fabricators Monitor workflow and production schedules to meet targets for efficiency, quality, and timeliness Notify Maintenance or Engineering when equipment requires repair or preventive maintenance Track and report key production metrics (output, downtime, efficiency, quality) Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to identify and resolve production issues promptly Ensure proper staffing, materials, and inventory levels to meet production demand Train, coach, and evaluate production employees to ensure adherence to standard work practices and productivity expectations Enforce company policies, safety rules, and performance standards, coordinating with HR as needed Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve process efficiency Implement and sustain 5S practices to promote a safe and organized work environment Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to analyze process variation and achieve measurable improvements Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and value stream mapping Ensure compliance with Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Experience and Education

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S principles Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to read blueprints, production schedules, and technical instructions Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP or production management systems Competencies / Skills

Effective written and verbal communication Teamwork and collaboration Decision-making and problem-solving Ability to stand, walk, and be on the production floor for extended periods Project management and planning skills Compensation and Employment Type

Salary range: $78,000 to $90,000. This is an exempt, full-time position. EEO and Notices
