Electrical Foreman – Fire Alarm Pay:

Full-Time, Permanent About the Company My client is a leading self-performing contractor with a strong and growing presence across Texas. They specialize in large-scale mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction projects across commercial, industrial, and government markets. Position Overview My client is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman (Fire Alarm specialty) to oversee the installation, coordination, and supervision of fire alarm and life-safety systems on local commercial and industrial projects in the Dallas area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, takes ownership of projects, and enjoys mentoring crews while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise crews in the installation and wiring of fire alarm systems and related electrical infrastructure Review drawings, specifications, and project plans for accuracy and compliance Ensure all installations meet NEC, NFPA 72, and applicable local codes Coordinate activities with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades Conduct toolbox talks and enforce company safety policies Track project progress, materials, and manpower efficiently Support system testing, commissioning, and closeout Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen in both technical and leadership skills Qualifications Minimum 2+ years in a Foreman or Lead role Hands-on experience with major fire alarm systems Strong understanding of NEC and fire/life safety codes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities Valid Texas Journeyman or Electrician License required NICET Level II (or higher) and OSHA 30 preferred Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and based locally in the Dallas area Compensation $34–$40/hour , depending on experience Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with strong employer match Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave Company-paid life and disability insurance Tuition reimbursement and leadership training programs Safety and performance incentive programs Long-term career progression opportunities into senior field management, project management, and executive leadership — this company has a proven track record of promoting high performers multiple times within a single year.
