Join Ecolab's Corporate Logistics team in Saint Paul, MN as an Associate Logistics Manager supporting the North America Logistics Control Tower team. This role owns the logistical operations process, service, and performance across a region within North America and serves as an integral member of Control Tower's leadership team.

What You Will Do
Lead the team to achieve 95% on-time pickup and delivery by driving defect resolution with carrier partners through root cause analysis and performance management discussions
Adhere to routing guide and strategic transportation plan, maintaining 97% compliance and ensuring the strategic plan evolves as our operations change
Responsible for 5,000+ customer deliveries annually
Function as transportation subject matter expert on assigned special projects and corporate initiatives
Prepare and present loss analysis data and failure corrective action plans at weekly business reviews
Educate internal and external stakeholders on conditions and impacts of a changing transportation market
Lead cross functional teams to map processes, analyze ideal practices and implement process modifications/improvements
Provide analysis and reporting support to identify, recommend, and implement cost savings alternatives and process improvements for existing operations
Develop and utilize robust analytical tools to identify root cause failures and implement corrective action plans with local carrier providers
Manage operational transition processes, including implementation planning of new warehouse shipping locations and implementation of SAP system processes at network locations
Participate in collaborative initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and development
Manage operational escalations quickly and efficiently as needed relating to customer orders and/or replenishment shipments
Drive continuous improvement in operational function’s of transportation
Deliver on targeted savings objectives and budgeted cost saving goals
Create a culture of root cause problem solving and continuous improvement that develops holistic solutions
Engage with an innovative and Beginner’s mindset to question the "why" and change for the better
Lead by example and clearly demonstrate Ecolab’s L2T leadership model (Talent First, Focus and Simplifying, Mobilizing Enterprise Value, and Beginner's Mindset)
Ability to prioritize and focus on key deliverables and initiatives
Lead and develop team of 2+ direct reports (2-4 anticipated)

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years' experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing or related operations
1+ years' experience in transportation management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively partner cross-functionally, across all levels of the organization
Ability to hold external partners accountable to load delivery and service level agreements
Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or Transportation
Experience with 5S, LSS, Lean or Continuous Improvement Processes
Project management experience
Experience in a related industry (food and beverage, health and hygiene products, pharmaceuticals, etc.) preferably, managing a chemical supply chain
Strong attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills
SAP/Mercury Gate Experience
Change management
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The base salary range for this position is $94,100.00 - $141,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
