Maintenance Service Technician - (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry)

Maintenance Service Technician - (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry) We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site HVAC & Maintenance Technician located in Alexandria, Virginia. The technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, and repairing or replacing HVAC systems. Additional duties include addressing plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, completing apartment turnovers, and ensuring compliance with EPA and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proficient in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry maintenance and repair

Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance

Hands‑on experience with plumbing and electrical systems

Knowledge of HVAC split systems installation, maintenance, and repair

Familiarity with EPA guidelines and environmental safety standards

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or related technical training preferred
