The Project Superintendent will oversee all phases of Tenant Improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role involves managing vendors, subcontractors, and field staff, and promoting safety on site. Responsibilities
Provide field oversight for all project phases Develop and manage project schedules Manage subcontractor relationships and performance Ensure project quality and timeliness Prepare and coordinate project documentation Implement quality control and assurance programs Promote a safety-first work environment Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes Strong communication skills Problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project) Benefits and Compensation
Base pay range: $110,000 - $140,000 annually Vehicle and cell phone allowances Health benefits, 401(k), PTO Additional Details
