Job Description Review and implementation of all fabrication technical solutions and technology Research, strategy, and design of divisional automation implementation Troubleshoot various manufacturing challenges and issues Managing a team of an Estimator, Process Engineer, and a Design Engineer. Help come up with numbers to measure utilization, and efficiencies. Continuous Improvement, looking for ways to improve the plant. Run CI meetings.
