Job Title:
Project Manager - Steel Fabrication Salary:
$80,000 - $140,000 + Performance Bonus + Full Benefits Our client is a leading AISC-certified steel fabricator in structural steel for complex commercial and industrial projects. The role is based in Florida and focuses on delivering high-value projects, including warehouses, manufacturing plants, and large-scale developments. The Role
End-to-end project leadership, from estimation and planning through to execution and final delivery. Managing key relationships with GCs, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives. Overseeing fabrication schedules, budgets, and site logistics with a core focus on safety (OSHA) and quality (AWS). Collaborating with engineering and field teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless operations. Utilizing tools like Tekla, Bluebeam, or AutoCAD to drive process optimization. About You
You have
2+ years of Project Management experience
within structural steel fabrication or heavy construction. You possess a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial or industrial projects ( experience with $2M+ value is preferred ). You have a strong technical grasp of fabrication processes, shop drawings, and erection sequencing. A degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred, and certifications like
OSHA 30
