Manufacturing Systems Engineer (H/F) - SAFRAN ELECTRICAL AND POWER USA LLC at AEROCONTACT. Safran Electrical & Power is a global leader in aerospace electrical systems. This position contributes to our SHM (Structural Health Monitoring) initiatives and supports deployment of new solutions and processes within the local organization. Responsibilities

Implement SHM, detect and eliminate operational risks, without impact to end customers. Identify TO-BE processes, determine delta with AS-IS processes, and plan mandatory upgrades in the TO-BE solution with CORE and COTS approaches. Provide local information required to the eWInS team. Define settings for the new SHM solution and perform data conversion as per the Data preparation catalog. Prepare and execute User Acceptance Tests; train end users to new processes and solutions. Conduct local organization and process changes; execute actions required for deployment; support end users at go-live. Develop basic skills for SHM modules (Wire prep, See-EED, Data loading, SPM, Build process/Launcher, Work Instructions, Electrical Test). Adhere to safe work practices and contribute to the health, safety, and environmental program. Qualifications

Requires 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or quality processes, preferably in Aerospace Electrical Harness Operations, or a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field, plus 1–3 years in engineering processes. English proficient (written and spoken); advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook). Strong knowledge of wiring engineering data and local business processes; ability to build strategic relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Analytical, quality-oriented, and adaptable with SHM knowledge preferred. Work Environment & Benefits
