You have the knowledge, now gain the experience! Bobcat’s student program is designed to empower young professionals. As a Co-op or Intern you will develop professionally, apply your schooling to real-world projects, and gain hands-on experience while completing your undergraduate degree.
Role & Responsibilities
Testing company products
Developing, analyzing, and utilizing quality data to drive improvement activities
Actively engage in measurement analysis utilizing statistical tools
Assist in developing and implementing process verification and improvements
Collaborate with various Bobcat departments to improve product quality
Contribute to Quality Engineering programs, including root-cause analysis, data compilation and analysis, quality audits, Product Quality Teams, reporting and metric development, and New Product Development
Job Requirements
Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing pursuing a degree in engineering or equivalent
GPA 3.0 or higher preferred
Available to commit full-time to Bobcat for the entire term (8 months co-op) or internship (4 months)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility
