We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer to join our team. The Papermaking Developmental Manufacturing Engineer program is designed for aspiring engineers seeking expedited training, professional development/mentorship, exposure to operations leadership, and career growth. Engineers gain real-world, hands-on experience with significant projects, and take ownership of their work while supporting innovation, process efficiency, and compliance, safety, and health. Our program seeks talent from many disciplines including (but not limited to): Chemical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering Pulp & Paper Science Engineering Locations available (availability may change): Clatskanie, OR (Wauna) Crossett, AR Halsey, OR Muskogee, OK Pennington, AL (Naheola) Ricon, GA (Savannah) Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Enrolled in a degree or alternative program (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.). Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to relocate per program requirements. Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2026. What Will Put You Ahead

Enrolled in a degree or alternative program in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Science Engineering, or related Engineering degree program.
