Project Management: Manage small to medium built environment projects Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 junior staff members Collaboration: Work closely with other in-house disciplines to deliver integrated solutions Client Relations: Maintain existing client relationships and develop new ones Proposal Development: Create proposals for new work opportunities Quality Assurance: Provide quality, value-added technical work products Project Execution: Execute tasks on schedule and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior staff Qualifications/Education/Memberships
4 to 8 years of professional experience as a Civil Engineer Broad experience in civil design including hydrology, hydraulics, site, roadway, erosion control, utility and grading plan with a focus on built environment projects Experience with project management Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, with focus on earthworks, grading, drainage, and containment structures (ponds, landfills, waste piles, etc.) Understanding of the municipal land use application process Experience in conducting site visits, construction quality assurance (CQA) and field investigations as necessary Strong communication and public speaking skills Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering required FE/EIT is required PE is preferred, but on track to become licensed shortly is required Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $85,000 - $110,000. Final compensation will be commensurate with education, designation, experience, internal parity, and location.
