IntegriSysis is seeking an Automation Tester to join our Remote Monitoring and Logging System (RMLS) team that supports the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Local candidates with the ability to work onsite in Egg Harbor at the William J. Hughes Technical Center are preferred but will also consider Remote Candidates. RMLS is the FAA’s logging system for recording maintenance work performed on facilities in the National Airspace System (NAS). RMLS provides a rich database of unstructured text; reading every log file. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to work independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment. Candidates have experience with iOS and Android Automation Testing as well as working knowledge of Appium.
Job Functions
Provide 2nd Level Engineering support for RMLS.
Collaborate with agile teams to develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications in alignment with FAA requirements.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing to ensure software reliability, security, and performance in real‑time environments.
Ensure automated tests are integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing.
Provide detailed reports on test results and recommendations for improvements.
Assist with manual testing as needed.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and sprint retrospectives within an Agile team environment.
Provide feedback on the testing process, suggesting areas of improvement in automation practices.
Assist with RMLS troubleshooting and Help Desk Support.
Required and Preferred Skills The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in test automation of web‑based and mobile applications; API and performance testing experience is a plus. This individual requires:
Expertise in software requirements analysis, design, reviews, development, testing, integration, installation, and/or maintenance of complex computer systems.
Experience with software programming in languages such as C, C++, Java, SQL, and Assembly.
Required Skills
Test Automation using Selenium, MSTest, NUnit, ExtentReports, Jenkins, Appium, and/or Playwright.
Writing test documentation such as test cases/procedures and reports.
Mobile testing with a strong focus on iOS/Android applications.
Appium and XCUITest for mobile automation.
Mobile app release cycles, provisioning profiles, and deployment pipeline.
Ability to design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks.
Preferred Skills
Experience with API Testing using Postman.
Performance Testing using JMeter.
Behavior‑Driven Development (BDD) framework for automation testing on .NET applications, such as Specflow.
DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline for continuous testing and validation.
Experience on Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), using JIRA or similar defect/bug tracking tools.
Xcode, iOS Simulators, iOS debugging tools.
Education and Experience Requirement
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Math, or a Bachelor’s degree in another technical field with at least 30 semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science and 12 years related work experience in a computer science or math field.
Master’s Degree with at least 30 semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science and 9 years related work experience in a computer science or math field.
PhD or Doctoral with at least 30 semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science.
* All Non-US Degrees must have a US Equivalency Certificate provided by the candidate.
Worker Eligibility Requirement
All candidates must pass the Federal Background Investigation and obtain the FAA Public Trust security clearance.
Be a US Citizen, hold a US Green Card, or have a Non‑immigrant Work Authorization (VISA).
Have resided in the US for the past three consecutive years.
Compensation Anticipated salary range as a W‑2 employee is between $80,000 and $90,000 per annum based on experience. IntegriSys will also consider a full‑time 1099 role, with a pay rate of $65 per hour, which if annualized (1,880 hours), equates to $122,200 per annum. 1099s are not eligible for IntegriSys' Benefits package. All candidates should be comfortable working in both team and individual environments. Candidates must be adept at both verbal and written communication.
