Position Summary Student Worker- Aerospace Engineering Front Desk for the Aerospace Engineering Department at Auburn University.

Essential Functions

Greeting and providing general information to guests

Performing a variety of routine clerical and administrative tasks

Organize front office and maintain cleanliness of lobby area

Daily receipt, sorting and internal distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Maintain office supply inventory

Assist with departmental event setups and tear down

Assist faculty, staff and graduate students with office equipment (copier, laminator, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

Enrolled student at Auburn University.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Availability to work Mon‑Fri during office hours (7:45am‑4:45pm)
