We’ve partnered with a growing general contractor that delivers high-profile commercial, multi-family, and luxury projects. They are seeking a
Senior Estimator
to join their preconstruction team and lead estimating efforts from concept through bid. Responsibilities
Lead project estimating from conceptual budgets to hard bids. Manage subcontractor bids, RFQs, and proposals. Conduct quantity take-offs, cost modeling, and value engineering solutions. Collaborate with design teams, project managers, and owners. Mentor junior estimators and help refine best practices. Present and communicate proposals confidently with clients. Qualifications
8+ years of construction estimating experience. Proven experience in the construction industry (high-rise or luxury projects preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. A results-driven mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Proficiency with estimating tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Timberline, OST, BuildingConnected). Excellent organizational and client-facing skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Company and Equal Opportunity
