and lead a team of engineers in developing next-generation high-performance computing solutions based on superconducting electronics and energy-efficient computation. Location:
On-site at our Advanced Technology Laboratory (ATL) in Linthicum, MD or Annapolis Junction, MD. Responsibilities include: Leading the PDK team across multiple technologies and interfacing as a subject matter expert. Mentoring PDK/CAD engineers and maintaining documentation and schedules. Supporting a team of 10-15 technical staff, including staffing, performance management, and career development. Reviewing work, documenting best practices, and informing stakeholders on project status. Partnering with program management to ensure successful project execution. Providing technical leadership and ensuring engineering processes are followed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience or Master’s with 6+ years. Experience with design verification rules, Cadence Virtuoso, DRC/LVS/PEX, scripting languages, and Agile methodologies. Willingness to work onsite full-time and ability to obtain/maintain US security clearance. Preferred:
Master’s degree, managing larger teams, semiconductor device modeling, and related technical experience. Salary Range:
$149,400 - $234,700, plus potential bonuses and benefits. This position is full-time, on-site, and requires US citizenship and security clearance.
