Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Reporting to Field Service Manager, the Field Service Engineer will conduct on-site installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and customer training for assigned instrumentation. Perform on-site installations, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance of assigned AutoChem instrumentation. Establish and maintain the 'Trusted Advisor' role for all customer interactions by delivering exceptional customer service, expertise, product positioning, lead generation, and training throughout the product lifecycle. Consistently document, communicate, and manage customer issues with the Sales, Service, and support teams. Prioritize, schedule, track, and execute service assignments to satisfactory completion. What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical, or electrical field is preferred. Minimum 2-4 years of experience, or equivalent education in electronic/electrical engineering environment with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electronic, electrical, mechanical, and computer systems. Ability to travel around 75% overnight travel. Software and hardware literacy and proficiency of Windows-based and embedded operating systems. Our Offer to You
