The successful candidate must demonstrate a positive attitude and be willing to tackle new opportunities and embrace tough challenges with a sense of ownership, energy and urgency. Provide daily and 24/7 on-call support for the Ocotillo site. Interfacing with the Business Team to achieve all contract requirements. Customer-facing role with complete knowledge of contract requirements and the ability to communicate effectively with the customer to resolve questions or requests. Safety process compliance and process safety management are key site focus areas. Provide environmental, safety, and quality training to the operations and maintenance teams. Support day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting plant process problems, directly supervising daily plant activities, meeting all reporting requirements, and driving plant maintenance and improvement projects. Collaborate with the operations team and supporting resources to achieve productivity targets in all areas. Identify maintenance concerns and implement corrective or preventive measures. Interface with the customer to ensure all products and services meet contractual specifications. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in an operations role with demonstrated expertise in ASU (Air Separation Unit) process knowledge Engineering background Completion of the Supervisor Fundamentals Program Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills Proven success in Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Employee Involvement initiatives Strong operational experience in plants of similar complexity Commitment to employee involvement, team building, and diversity Track record of driving continuous improvement Excellent communication and organizational skills Prior customer-facing experience is a plus Self-starter with proven leadership capabilities Benefits
