Epic . We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our state-of-the-art kitchens and onsite bakeries operate at peak performance. In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment across our 9 million square foot campus. Your expertise will help prevent equipment failures, minimize downtime, and support our culinary team's operations. If you take pride in precision, problem-solving, and maintaining essential systems, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment Install, calibrate, and optimize kitchen ventilation and appliance systems Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections Ensure compliance with OSHA, refrigeration, gas, and electrical safety standards Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to resolve technical issues Core Equipment You'll Work On
Refrigeration: Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines Cooking Equipment: Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets Ventilation & HVAC: Exhaust hoods, rooftop HVAC units, make-up air systems Dishwashing & Sanitation: High-capacity dishwashers, automated sanitation systems Additional Information
This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation. We offer financial relocation assistance.
