Electrical Engineer Mid-Level . The position involves supporting the National Capital Region – Integrated Air Defense System (NCR-IADS) Management and Integration Cell (MIC). The Electrical Engineer will collaborate with senior staff to provide engineering, technical, and programmatic support to the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command’s Center of Excellence (CoE) and the NCR-IADS program, ensuring system sustainment and mission requirements are met. The role requires understanding of NCR-IADS systems, US Army and US Air Force doctrine, and experience with systems like NASAMS, Avenger, and Sentinel Radar. The engineer will support system integration, configuration, and operational needs, including travel to tactical field sites. Responsibilities include system analysis, configuration, and supporting system interoperability within Homeland Defense architectures. Requirements: BA/BS in a technical field, engineering preferred Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience Active DoD Secret Security Clearance Desired Skills: Experience with Army/Joint systems, tactical systems, and network configurations Knowledge of MS Office, report writing, and briefing skills Experience with tactical data links like Link-16, RF protocols, and security frameworks (RMF, SCAP) IT certifications (e.g., Security+, Network+) are a plus No phone calls please.
