Part-Time Night Manager

to oversee accounts in the Pensacola area, coordinate service providers, and collaborate with the Account Manager to resolve customer issues. The Night Manager will be responsible for quality control of general business operations, enhancing client satisfaction, and working effectively with Independent Contractors (IC). The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively across various facilities, including education, industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, and retail settings. The Night Manager must exercise good judgment in reporting client concerns and involving others to meet client needs. Work Hours:

This is a part-time position requiring work from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am, including potential weekends. Flexibility to work these hours exclusively is essential. Required Qualifications: Must pass a background check and drug screening Bilingual in Spanish Reside in the Lake City, FL area Prompt and regular attendance Own transportation Facility management/janitorial background High school diploma or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services Understanding of basic business math Effective team collaboration skills Management experience, including coaching, motivating, and leading teams across multiple locations Excellent communication skills Energetic, dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, and email communication Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Own an iPhone or iPad Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail Innovative mindset with a focus on process improvement Essential Functions: Develop and maintain productive relationships with ICs and in-house staff, communicating client priorities and solving problems collaboratively Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance to retain and grow business Communicate daily with the Facility Solutions Manager regarding issues, including nightly summaries via email or phone Assign work to ICs, manage to client standards, and discharge underperforming contractors Manage inspections, customer complaints, requests, new client onboarding, and VIP services Implement operational policies, including New-Start, Customer Complaint, and Four Star Policies Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, and proper use of tools and equipment Perform other duties as needed Physical Demands: Constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking; ability to lift up to 50 pounds Environment: Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and extreme heat. Safety gear includes glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots.
