Tennessee Construction Engineer - Location : United States – Tennessee – Nashville (other locations : Jackson, Memphis)
Responsibilities
Perform complex construction assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection and modification of standard construction engineering techniques and procedures.
Conduct project field coordination, documentation, cost monitoring, bidding and scheduling.
Receive, issue and track RFIs, submittals and other required data.
Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Road and bridge construction experience highly desired.
TDOT experience.
Industry certifications.
A minimum of 3 years experience in construction engineering.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field.
Previous construction engineering experience.
Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered (e.g., PE or P.Eng license).
Experience using Microsoft Office, Estimating & CPM Scheduling Software, and web‑based document collaboration software.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a must.
