Overview

About the Role We’re looking for a Lead Experience Engineer with deep expertise in React and Next.js and a refined sense for visual and interaction design. You will lead a cross‑disciplinary team of frontend developers, shaping digital products that merge technical excellence with exceptional aesthetics and usability. Requirements

5+ years of hands‑on experience with React.js and Next.js (TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Styled Components, or similar). Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. Proven experience building and maintaining scalable design systems and component architectures. Strong visual and interaction design sensibility — pixel precision and a passion for beautiful interfaces. Solid experience in team leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management. Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences, including clients. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (Jira, Figma, Bitbucket, etc.). Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers in building scalable, high‑performing digital experiences using React and Next.js. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, creatives, backend engineers, and strategists to translate ideas into seamless user experiences. Define and maintain technical standards, design systems, and component libraries that support consistency and scalability across projects. Serve as a technical and creative reference point, fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and collaboration. Engage directly with clients during discovery and co‑design phases, articulating complex technical solutions in clear, strategic terms. Ensure best practices for performance, accessibility, and code quality, balancing visual precision with engineering robustness. Drive experimentation with new tools, frameworks, and creative technologies to push the boundaries of front‑end experience. Additional information
