Responsibilities
Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.
He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.
His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities.
The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.
Your Role
Implementation of a 'modern' automated testing factory
Developing and executing automation strategy
Designing and maintaining automation architecture
Selecting and integrating appropriate tooling
Establishing and promoting best practices
Managing workflow and tracking progress
Applying automation to eligible projects
Migrating and making heritage elements compatible with the new strategy
Client creation and management
Analyzing and synthesizing heritage by relevant functional domains
Managing debt recovery and ensuring coexistence with the new factory
Your Profile
Proven experience in automation engineering ( min 7 years )
Robot framework
Python
Strong understanding of automation tools and best practices
Excellent problem‑solving skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and teamwork skills
English B2 French is a plus
