Come join in our success! Pay Range: $30.00 - $42.00 / hour Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position. Responsibilities: Install and repair electrical equipment on cell phone towers. Work closely with construction crews and Project Managers to meet deadlines. Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems. Ensure electrical installations meet client standards and are completed within budgeted hours. Be knowledgeable of all aspects of electrical construction materials and control equipment for cell tower sites. Interpret drawings, sketches, software, and plans to determine work procedures and troubleshoot problems. Inspect cell tower sites for compliance, identify deficiencies, and take corrective actions. Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to Electrical Apprentices and Construction Crews. Promote safety on the jobsite. Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks; make terminations. Qualifications: Licensed Journeyman Electrician (Class A). Experience in construction industry; telecom experience is a plus. Ability to work with teams including construction crews, Project Managers, and Foremen. Ability to work in all weather conditions.
