Start your journey as a Quality Engineer at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You'll handle the development, application, maintenance, and assessment of all quality functions, including maintaining quality standards/requirements, planning, reporting, procedure development, corrective action, and collaborating with Supply Chain on supplier quality improvement. Our Engineering team supports a broad range of internal customers and requests, ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.
Responsibilities
Ensure corrective and preventive action processes identify root causes, implement corrective/preventive actions, and validate plans to ensure effective quality systems and permanent problem resolution. Implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency. Maintain data collection, entry, and reporting to ensure product conformance, process capability, and equipment calibration. Develop and implement standards and methods for inspecting, testing, calibrating, and evaluating materials, products, returns, equipment, and processes. Support and improve Quality processes in accordance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and MIL-STD-790 standards. Assist in conducting periodic Gap Analyses to align Quality system performance with organizational goals. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and experience. Two years of experience in Quality functions or Engineering preferred. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ERP, problem-solving methodologies, continuous improvement, and Lean/Six Sigma practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across all management levels. Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. Benefits
