We’re seeking a
Senior DeltaV Engineer
to lead large‑scale automation projects in the Life Sciences industry. This role involves full lifecycle ownership—from architecture and design to commissioning, validation, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and implementation of
Emerson DeltaV
automation systems
Manage project lifecycle: scope, scheduling, budget, commissioning
Develop batch logic, recipes, graphics (DeltaV Live/Operate)
Design control strategies and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Mod‑bus, Profibus, OPC UA)
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11
Oversee FAT/SAT testing and validation deliverables
Mentor junior engineers and engage with cross‑functional teams
Travel up to 25% for client support and commissioning
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Electrical, Control Systems, Chemical Engineering, or related field
8–15 years in automation projects with strong Emerson DeltaV focus
Proven leadership in large capital Life Sciences projects
Experience with ISA‑101, ISA‑88, batch processing & historian integration
Strong knowledge of electrical design, networking, instrumentation, and control panels
Familiarity with Rockwell, Siemens PCS7, or Ignition is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
