IAM Engineer Lead – Overview

We employ over 18,000 team members united by a common purpose. The IAM Engineer Lead will drive policies and best practices of Identity Access and Management (IAM) across the enterprise organization.
Responsibilities
Serve as an escalation point for advanced operational support and troubleshooting for the IAM environment including API Management, SSO, modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth), CyberArk and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Provide day-to-day operational support, triage and resolution of IAM issues and outages.
Lead project workstreams across end-to-end IAM and infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to drive solutions design and development.
Design, implement and operate complex enterprise IAM solutions.
Guide junior engineers and translate business needs into technical IAM designs.
Develop process improvement strategies based on pattern recognition with the business for proactive solutions.
Qualifications
Five (5) or more years of experience in IAM or related field.
Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, mentoring, project management, business acumen, and problem solving skills.
Advanced understanding of IAM process protocols and environment (multi‑factor authentication and NIST standards).
Experience working with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) preferred.
Pay Range $102,800.00 – $176,800.00
