Here's what you’d do: The Project Manager - Construction ensures that all construction services are delivered according to contract specifications, on budget, on schedule, and with high quality. Responsibilities include: Collaborate with operations and construction teams to deliver services per specifications, budget, schedule, safety standards, and quality Manage cost reports, analyze budget variances, and recommend cost-saving strategies Ensure timely and accurate billing Assist with change orders and coordinate receivables and collections Serve as the main contact and trusted advisor to customers regarding project installation Build strong relationships with clients and provide solutions to challenges Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to plans Provide regular reports on financials, schedules, and budgets Inspect field work, analyze problems, and resolve issues Work with internal teams to convert projects into long-term maintenance contracts Manage accurate monthly cost-to-complete reports and backlog forecasting Oversee overall project financials Represent the company and build relationships with stakeholders Promote safety, quality, and customer service standards Qualifications: BA in Landscape Architecture, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management preferred Minimum 3 years of construction industry experience Proficient in MS Office, scheduling, project management, and digitizing software Strong work ethic and communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Customer service experience and solution-oriented mindset Driven, disciplined, and trustworthy Ability to work quickly with a sense of urgency Coachable with a good sense of humor Bilingual Spanish is a plus About working here: BrightView values caring for clients and team members alike.
