The Project Manager will oversee construction teams responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing structures and major components. The role involves scheduling, ensuring contract and policy compliance, managing staff, and meeting project milestones within budget. The position also promotes our Mission Statement, strategic goals, and safety standards. Essential Functions

Provide excellent service, ensure quality workmanship, and add value for customers, maintaining JF Petroleum Group’s reputation for Installation Services. Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills. Oversee and verify estimating processes when needed. Coordinate with the estimating department on change orders. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite. Focus on employee satisfaction, development, involvement, and empowerment. Ensure safety for all installation personnel on-site and off-site. Support the team on-site when necessary. Ensure all equipment is clean, safe, operational, and reflects the company's image. Maintain vehicle and tool/equipment organization and safety. Ensure proper installation of site signs. Keep accurate daily records of work performed. Prioritize customer satisfaction, quality, and cost control. Ensure quality and timely project completion. Participate in pre-job conferences to verify parts, equipment, and scope. Verify permits for all project aspects. Review work against project drawings for compliance. Establish and monitor project schedules for cost efficiency. Track progress and coordinate with subcontractors. Lead division employees and crew leaders, and oversee all division staff indirectly. Requirements

High school diploma or GED. 3-5 years of petroleum industry experience or 10 years in project management. Knowledge of project management tools and Microsoft Office. Budgeting skills. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and MVR if driving for the company. Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, with frequent bending, standing for 8-10 hours. JF Petroleum Offers
