Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Automated Liquid Handling Products, troubleshooting inquiries received via phone or email regarding operation, specifications, documentation, software, firmware, hardware, and best practices. Log all technical support issues in Customer Relationship Management software for tracking, reporting, and trending. Identify systemic product issues or opportunities for product improvement and communicate findings to Product Management. Create and update support documentation as needed. Host remote meetings for troubleshooting and training of distribution partners, end-users, and internal staff. Manage conformance reports and return material authorizations. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Knowledge of liquid handling products. Basic understanding of programming concepts. Effective communication skills with customers. Problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical or life sciences discipline
required . Support and/or client interfacing experience of at least three years
preferred . Ability to maintain and control electromechanical devices
required . Experience with personal computer builds and/or basic IT or IS
preferred . About Hamilton
