Job Summary and Qualifications As the Senior Property Claims Supervisor, you will be a key member of HCA Healthcare’s Risk & Insurance department, reporting to the Managing Director of Property Claims. Your role involves supporting insurance programs, reducing claim cycle times, overseeing property claims handling, and analyzing risk exposure. Responsibilities include managing moderate severity claims, collaborating with vendors and internal teams, managing subrogation, evaluating vendor performance, coordinating with emergency preparedness, analyzing loss trends, maintaining data integrity, and supporting vendor relationships.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience in commercial property claims
Excellent communication and organizational skills
2+ years of experience with large losses ($100K+)
Experience working with contractors, experts, and vendors is preferred
Occasional travel may be required
