Overview
Emerging Professionals Program Associate (STEP) - Rotational Program at Echo Electric. The program is a 12-month dynamic, intensive rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills in emerging professionals. You will gain hands-on experience in every aspect of the business through on-the-job learning, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips. The program exposes participants to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the Sonepar USA and Operating Companies’ business philosophy. At the conclusion, you may present to the Executive Leadership team on key strategic initiatives. The program begins in June 2026.

Warehouse/Logistics Inside Sales/Counter Projects & Quotations Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce Outside Sales/Specialty Track
Additional Experience
Team-Building activities with fellow emerging professionals All-expense paid travel to different company locations Enhanced understanding of our business through specialized training
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field required Minimum GPA of 3.0 Enthusiastic/self-starter attitude Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Flexible and adaptable team player
