About This Role IME seeks a Data Center Senior Project Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project accounting on large commercial and industrial electrical projects. Ensuring compliance with quality standards and collaborating across departments is a top priority. The Senior PM will manage a team and drive success in every project.

What You'll Do

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Allocate resources and coordinate the project team, including subcontractors.

Implement and enforce quality control procedures to meet the highest construction standards. Conduct inspections and address quality-related concerns.

Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and contract negotiation. Monitor resource utilization and notify stakeholders of any changes affecting cost or schedule.

Oversee a team of project managers, providing leadership, vision, and mentorship. Foster collaboration, safety, and quality across projects.

Act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and uphold integrity and ethics.

Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, and trade practices.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex information.

Willingness to travel to construction sites frequently.

Proficiency in tracking and reporting project financials.

Education & Experience

10+ years of industrial and/or commercial electrical project management experience.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Working Conditions The majority of time is spent in a typical office environment; the remainder involves on-site construction jobs with typical conditions such as extreme temperatures, noise, dust, and welding. Sites may be confined and require travel to multiple locations.

Salary Range $119,000 - $161,000
