10:00am-8:00pm Monday-Friday Salary:

$65,000-$75,000 + up to 10% in bonuses Ideal Candidate Requirements

Experience in a transportation, cross docking, or shipping and receiving environment (preferably within the LTL industry) Strong leadership qualities Desire to surround customer with excellence in service High aptitude for technology The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred but not required Duties include, but are not limited to

Oversee outbound operations for your designated section of the terminal dock Process of loading, managing forklift traffic, and overseeing proper picking/sortation of palletized freight Manage up to 30 local LTL drivers and dock personnel to achieve a designated production schedule Relaying critical information between drivers and our vendors/Terminal Managers Review and revise driver routes to increase efficiencies while monitoring a changing workload Be aware of freight that is in transit Assist and report issues that drivers face when they’re on the road (e.g. flat tire) Ensure facility KPI goals are met and/or exceeded Maintain a safe work environment compliant with state and federal DOT/OSHA standards Provide / support a culture of excellence in quality of product to internal and external customers Seniority level
