$55,000 - $65,000 Job Summary:

Seeking a Portfolio Administrator with 5 – 10 years of experience. This person will collaborate with the team primarily responsible for trade settlement, reporting, and account reconciliations. The individual will require excellent communication skills, account management and analytical skills and will be accountable for key operational controls. This position is 100% on-site. Key Responsibilities: Trade processing and settlement Knowledge of domestic fixed income trade processing and settlement preferred Ensuring accurate and timely settlement, and identifying and resolving trade discrepancies in a timely manner Experience with accounting software (knowledge of SS&C software a plus) Performs data mapping, translating, and verifying account transactions Researching and resolving any discrepancies, part of your daily and month end account reconciliation Maintain report accuracy Qualifications: A positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic. The ability to establish priorities and work with minimal direction, demonstrating that they are initiative-taking self-starter. Highly resourceful, resolves issues with urgency as they arise, and diligence in detail is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with investment management platforms (SS&C APX and ACD/REX), Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant software is preferred. Knowledge of fixed income trade settlements preferred but not required. ETC is an E-Verify employer Seniority level
