Party Coordinator

The Party Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire birthday party department! Our ideal team member will serve as the 'First Point of Contact' of Urban Air and work with our guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group. They are also responsible for training party staff members and managing the birthday operations. You will be great if you: Love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Family Entertainment scene! Are outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills! Are extremely organized and love mentoring young people! Have a win the day attitude! Haven't met a goal you can't beat! Can set goals and achieve those goals through and with your team! Excel at ensuring the customer experience is EXCELLENT! Have the ability and willingness to resolve conflict quickly and fairly! A day in the life: People are the MOST important asset! Making sure the party management system is being followed! Exceeding mom's expectations! Nothing you would not do for your TEAM! Striving for 100% Guest Satisfaction! Friday, Saturday, and Sunday full availability is a must! Representing Urban Air with FUN and ENERGY! Selling party packages and following up with guests! Working hand-in-hand with the Leadership Team to drive financial results! Maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment! Other duties as assigned! Working environment: Non-typical Family Entertainment environment with great food and attractions! Business casual!
