is responsible for coordinating workflow and systems, implementing new services, and managing people and budgets within a multi-service health center. The role includes supervision, recruitment, training, performance management, and addressing patient and staff concerns. It also covers oversight of risk, quality, compliance, and quality assurance to provide high-quality care in a safe environment. The Center Manager may support community outreach, marketing, and fundraising as needed, ensuring all operational tasks are completed properly and on time. Responsibilities
The employee signing above agrees to be accountable for the essential duties listed below; other duties may be assigned: Models the highest standard of customer service and care Ensures access to services for current and potential patients and supports mission goals Monitors and reviews patient care Manages systems, patient flow, productivity, and inventory Ensures compliance with agencies, state, and federal regulations; monitors protocol compliance and service delivery Supervisory duties: hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, evaluating, and developing staff; scheduling and directing work; retaining staff Identifies process improvement opportunities and presents solutions; monitors budgets and analyzes financial reports Address patient and employee concerns and resolve issues or complaints Oversee health center risk, quality, and compliance; provide customer-centered, safe care Support community outreach, marketing, and fundraising as needed; ensure operational tasks are completed timely Direct/Operations Administration
Accountable for the health center’s daily financials; plan, forecast, and manage an annual budget; understand payor environment and billing Prepare, evaluate, and monitor operations and programs; set health center goals and performance standards Collaborate with clinical/client/patient services management and agency-wide initiatives Participate in marketing with the Marketing Department for community outreach Maintain monthly clinical program statistics; submit reports as required Implement new services, policies, and protocols with Senior Management Submit occurrence and incident reports per policy; manage data collection Ensure proper health center records filing and confidentiality Manage day-to-day health center activities, security, safety procedures, and patient flow Participate in patient care as needed; audit charts for protocol adherence Financial
Provide leadership to maximize revenue and control costs Oversee productivity and operational goals in line with the budget Maintain revenues, expenses, and receivables within designated ranges Ensure supplies and equipment availability; manage ordering and inventory Understand PPAZ billing policies; ensure staff compliance with billing guidelines Adhere to patient payment structures including self-pay, insurance, and payment plans Manage petty cash and daily receipts; participate in budgeting and planning Patient Advocacy/Customer Service
Maintain expected patient care and customer service levels Assist patients with questions, concerns, or complaints Uphold PPAZ core values of respect, teamwork, professionalism, open communication, and integrity Additional Responsibilities

Strong spoken and written communication skills; bilingual Spanish preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulations and business documents. Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, employees, patients, and the public. Mathematical Skills
