Manage MDA Facility sustainment support at MDA, Huntsville, AL and provide limited maintenance support at MDA Facility.
Estimated Starting Salary Range for

Submit, track and report on the status of work request tickets for MDA, Huntsville AL; assist in the planning and coordination of work ticket resolution. Assist with the planning, initiating, monitoring, resolving, management, and close-out of various Facilities projects consistent with MDA operations, commitments, and goals. Coordinate between contractors, and divisions within MDA Facilities to ensure proper execution of project requirements. Participate in weekly client meetings with MDA staff to review and reconcile all facility trouble / work tickets in SharePoint for MDA buildings; Participate in client facility planning meetings as required. Review as-built drawings to assist with requirements and project scope development for MDA buildings. Monitor and verify exterior door function. Repair and replace locks on exterior door and safes. Coordinate access and oversight of work being performed to repair/replace mechanical equipment, walls, doors, ceilings, furniture, fixtures, telecommunications, ATFP, IDS, ESS, and other systems and equipment that is associated with maintaining a safe, secure, and function facility. Facilitate contractor's access as necessary to troubleshoot or repair/replace equipment/systems at MDA facility. Travel to inspect site conditions, participate in Federal Agency meetings, project milestone, walk-throughs/reviews and conduct minor repairs and lock replacements/repairs as directed by MDA. Coordinate with each subject matter expert of supporting actions or services and assists in preliminary preparation of required documentation. Receive project warranty information for each project that has undergone new or upgraded construction, and post data onto Facilities SharePoint for future reference. Maintain a record of project progress and coordinate key milestone dates with external Project Managers and associated team members. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Contractor license and certifications preferred. 5-8 years of US Military experience in a related position or field is required (U.S. Marine Corp. experience is preferred & highly desired). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Demonstrate the ability to carry out support tasks related to facilities operations as presented. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information (SECRET). 25% travel (approximate) 100% Onsite at MCSF required.
