About The Role : As an Assistant Manager, you will support the execution of the store strategy, recruit and develop teams, and own assigned areas of responsibility. You will also implement action plans, perform Service Leader duties, and represent the brand. Support strategies to drive store sales through a customer-centric mindset. Who You Are : A current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of retail management experience, a high school graduate or equivalent, and a good communicator.
