The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is an active one where you’re on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem-solving in real time. Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center and its management. In the General Manager’s absence, they’re the ones who hold down the fort, assuming responsibility for all center and floor management, from entertainment to Food & Beverage to the property and its equipment as a whole. Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a Restaurant/Hospitality Manager: MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1 – Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints. NEVER STOP IMPROVING – Continually hone operational execution; schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience. TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY – Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.). PARTNER WITH LEAGUES – Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties. ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM – Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff. Show Off Those Management Skills – Lead the team, motivate, leverage individual strengths, delegate effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity. DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES – Oversee the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring high quality standards and guest satisfaction; provide ongoing training to execute corporate initiatives and standards, fostering a thriving sales culture. REMAIN FLEXIBLE – Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed by the center. Who You Are
As a committed member of our team, you’re ready to fill in for the center’s General Manager as needed. You bring strong guest service sensibility, interpersonal and communication skills, and flexibility to support extended workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. You’re a dedicated team player who develops your team’s talents and aims to advance toward the General Manager role. Qualifications / Desired Skills
2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations Bachelor’s Degree Ability to supervise center operations staff Strong team player Exceptional “People Developer” Customer service pro Knowledge of POS register systems Work Environment / Physical Demands
