At least 3 years of experience with web and client-side mobile platforms At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development process MBA Compensation and Benefits
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Capital One offers a comprehensive, inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being. Eligibility varies based on status and role. McLean, VA: $109,000 - $124,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management New York, NY: $118,900 - $135,700 for Sr. Associate, Product Management Richmond, VA: $99,100 - $113,100 for Sr. Associate, Product Management Candidates hired in other locations will be paid according to the location’s pay range.
