Formatting, organizing, and filing project documents using internal software Applying quality assurance guidelines for document management Collaborating with Project Managers and project teams Supporting project activities such as updating deliverables, scheduling, invoicing, and project closeouts Assisting in scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and coordinating travel Performing additional duties as assigned, including backup support for the Front Desk Office Administrator Qualifications

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and pay close attention to detail Strong organizational skills and accuracy High school diploma or G.E.D. required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Bluebeam is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines Compensation & Benefits
