Overview
Senior Production Project Manager role at Hogarth. The Senior Production Project Manager is responsible for ensuring a smooth operation across project intake, execution, profitability and overall satisfaction, including quality, on-time delivery, and on-budget completion of projects for the dedicated Client(s) in their assigned portfolio. They work with and report to the Production Lead and partner with clients, creative and discipline leads to set up clients, projects and execute on our production strategy. They are accountable for client profitability and resource utilization and will work across discipline as well as with regional and global teams. The successful candidate will use problem-solving, judgment, and relationship-building skills to lead the team and the agency. Responsibilities
Client Project Management Responsible for managing key client relationships with a focus on intake, delivery and production strategy across business(es). Acts as the primary contact on Key Clients defining scope and approach, setting and managing expectations and deliverables, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and structuring regular status and communications. Works with Client (brands) and partners (agencies, vendors, etc.) to ensure a clear understanding of the production brief, deliverables and timeline for each project and relays those details to other team members as necessary. Identifies types of work and scopes, timing, difficulty of work and defines the processes necessary to get things done, simplifying complex processes. Oversees delivery and execution of briefs/projects as lead partner to client. Develops and maintains high levels of team effectiveness and collaboration. Influences efficiency and quality of work and advocates for the agency/client relationship. Demonstrates strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality and adherence to production guidelines for key deliverables. Owns integrated delivery roadmaps and timelines on engagements. Liaises with offshore hubs to ensure collaboration and clarity of commercial strategy and ways of working. HWW Responsibilities Drives high quality work by leading initiatives from planning through delivery. Oversees execution of projects through the project lifecycle. Works with Production Lead to identify improvements to existing workflow and processes. Ensures right resource allocation and management on programs/projects. Executes monthly financial tasks: Revenue Recognition, Job Close, Billing, etc. Manages development and review of SOWs, staff estimates, profitability analysis, and utilization with Finance where appropriate. Ensures understanding of contractual obligations, commercial arrangements, and SLAs by the broader team. Works with Production Lead to drive timesheet compliance and reporting across teams. Helps identify and mitigate risk and develops contingency plans. Provides mentorship and guidance to team members. Works with Production Lead and Head of Project Management to lead business-driven and operational initiatives (Training, PC Management, New Client Onboarding, Tool rollout/support, etc.). Supports new hires in training and onboarding. Supports Production Lead in review of structure and resource allocation. Contributes to Hogarth Worldwide North America agency culture by exhibiting ownership and professionalism. Identifies opportunities to create award-winning work within accounts/projects and leverages Hogarth’s global network to deliver great work. Requirements Minimum of 9 years of related experience within an international studio production environment, with understanding of marketing and production implementation processes across digital, video, content, etc. Minimum 2 years supervising and managing resources and direct reports Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships cross-functionally Strong interpersonal and management skills to influence objectives without line management of resources Commitment to flawless creative execution Proven ability to lead dynamic teams Problem-solving ability that works for all stakeholders without compromising quality Commercially astute and able to work in a fast-paced environment Foundational experience with project management and staffing strategies Foundational experience on global brands Expert client relationship skills including presenting to clients, handling multiple stakeholders, and quick thinking Strong written and oral communication skills Experience working with offshore teams is a plus Salary and Benefits "The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package."
