Lead Product Manager, VTS Leasing and Asset Management

As Lead Product Manager for Leasing & Asset Management, you will fully own this core segment, guiding the strategy and execution of our market-defining products. You will lead two product managers (with potential to grow the team) and shape a roadmap that strengthens our category leadership, expands adoption, and delivers measurable value to owners, operators, and brokers. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and our Revenue organization to ensure product investments drive business impact. You will set the vision for how leasing and asset management professionals work smarter and faster with AI-enabled workflows, portfolio-level insights, and seamless integrations. In this role you will deliver high-impact releases that accelerate deal velocity, improve portfolio performance, and enhance decision-making. You will also be responsible for defining strategic growth plans for VTS Lease, Market, and Data, ensuring they scale in alignment with customer needs and company revenue goals. Note: This opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office four days a week. There will be periodic travel to customers (approx 10-20%). Here is what you can expect as a Lead Product Manager: Own the Leasing & Asset Management segment strategy & roadmap , ensuring delivery of high-value capabilities that drive leasing outcomes and asset performance. Lead and grow a team of product managers , managing two PMs today Drive adoption, retention, and expansion
by partnering with GTM, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to bring products to market and deliver customer success. Collaborate cross-functionally
with Engineering, Design, Revenue, Data Science, and external partners to deliver best-in-class solutions. Identify and deliver AI-driven enhancements
that streamline deal execution, improve forecasting, and generate actionable insights. Run discovery
with leasing teams, asset managers, and portfolio managers to prioritize the most impactful problems to solve. Mentor and coach
product managers, elevating product craft, strategic thinking, and execution. To succeed in this role you have:
6+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in a
lead-level or equivalent role . Proven success
owning a product segment
or portfolio with multi-squad delivery. Experience in
B2B SaaS
with enterprise-scale web products (marketplace, workflow, or analytics). Strong track record of delivering products that
combine workflow execution with data-driven insights . Ability to
balance platform vision with customer-driven priorities . Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills across technical and business stakeholders. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in complex enterprise environments. Ideally you have a background delivering
AI-powered features
in production, and familiarity with
data products, analytics, and enterprise-scale implementations . Experience in
proptech, commercial real estate, or financial technology
